Is Swearing At Refree Part and Parcel Of The Game?

Harry Kewell of Australia was asked to respond by Tuesday regarding the charge leveled against him by match refree for swearing at officials during the match against Brasil. He agrees he had lost cool and would have said something not nice but he would have never meant it. He said it's part and parcel of the game. He knows there's no harm meant by it.

What do you think does Kewell is justified to swear at refree?

What do you think can be done to stop swearing at officials like in Cricket?
